I am a quality-oriented professional who has been consistently praised as proactive by my co-workers, management and our customers. I am a fast learner and self-starter, 16 years of my career and numerous courses taken in person and online prove it. I graduated from University with Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and English and thought that I would be working as a teacher or an interpreter. Then I got acquainted with “the love of my life” – Marketing – and was so fascinated by the diversity of its world that decided to change my plans and dive into unknown waters. I have never regretted this decision, because marketing fulfils my true passions: communication, studying and sharing knowledge. These interests taught me to juggle the roles of helpful listener, attentive speaker and talkative motivator, raised a customer-centric attitude in me and allowed me to become friends with lots of customers and colleagues, while making their life a little bit easier and more exciting.
